Mr. Sivasubramanian V. holds an MBA and has more than 3 decades worth of rich experience in fundraising for large, mid-sized corporates and SMEs. He has co-founded and owned a financial services company (2004 – 2011) that dealt with large/mid-sized corporates.
He acted as a facilitator wherein he achieved a business volume of more than Rs. 10,000 crores by way of debt and equity.
Mr. Siva holds an excellent track record in the financial sector in terms of networking skills, negotiations and ability to deliver within the given time frame. He specialises in long term finance and trade finance. He is also proficient in setting up companies at international locations and sourcing business and funds in international markets.
Providing consultancy to various corporates for Business Development, Business strategy and Team Building is a role that Mr. Siva approaches in a hands-on manner and optimises the company from the ground up.

Mr. Yogesh Kamath is a chartered accountant and cost accountant having more than 2 and a half decades of experience in corporate finance. Having worked at senior management level for several large corporates, he is highly competent in business analysis and proficient
with complex financial models.
A veteran in the field, Mr. Kamath has raised more than Rs. 10,000 crores in debt and equity through various financial instruments – term loans, NCD’s, project finance, working capital finance (fund-based & non-fund based), trade finance, acquisition finance in rupee as well as in foreign currencies, ECB’s, FCCB’s, structured finance and off-shore finance.
An experienced professional in debt restructuring in domestic and international markets, he also specialises in Forex management and credit rating exercise. Mr. Kamath provides consultancy to various corporates for Financial Modelling, Financial Management, System and Process Implementation, Risk Management and Balance Sheet Planning.
